"...Chris has pushed me to a level of fitness that I never expected. I had known for some time that I needed to do something different in terms of exercise as I was very much in a rut.
I know from a personal level that I am fitter than I have been for a very long time and my stamina has dramatically improved since I started training with Chris. I did feel a little self conscious when I first started out but Chris helped me to overcome that and tries to keep me focused even when I feel like giving up.
I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone who wants to feel and look better regardless of their current level of fitness.
