Tailor Made Fitness was founded in 2012 by Chris Antoni. Chris is 35 years old and has been working in the fitness industry for over 16 years. During this time he has delivered classes such as spinning, exercise to music and circuit training and has achieved a level 3 personal trainer by YMCA-FIT, a qualification recognized worldwide in the fitness industry that enables him to train clients who would like to achieve weight loss, muscle gain, toning, sports specific, general fitness, nutritional advice and training in different environments (outdoors or in the gym).
Since 2006 Chris has also worked as a football coach for a number of clubs, designing and executing football, speed and agility and fitness drills for players aged between 4-14 as well as adults (18+) to improve their stamina, strength and performance during matches. Chris has also worked at an after-school club with children from 4 to 11 where he has learnt to maintain the children's attention by making exercise fun. In addition, he has successfully trained various teenagers whose fitness goals have varied from losing weight, becoming physically stronger, or just boosting self-esteem. Chris is a Level 4 Strength and Condtioning Coach and A Youth Strength and Conditioning specialist helping athletes of all ages become more athletic and robust for there chosen sport.
Having built up a solid client base in 2012 Chris decided to set up his own personal training company and that's how Tailor Made Fitness was born. Every client is different and that's why Christopher believes in delivering a wide range of high quality exercises to suit each client's needs and goals, while at the same time ensuring that the sessions are enjoyable.

Before any training can take place Tailor Made Fitness needs to get an idea of your level of fitness and this is done through a short consultation which usually lasts half an hour. During this time we’ll be discussing any medical conditions Tailor Made Fitness should be aware of, eating and drinking habits, reasons for wanting to train and barriers that could prevent you from reaching your goals. In order to keep track of improvements during the initial consultation, measurements will be taken of specific parts of the body and we will also calculate your body fat. These measurements will be taken on a monthly basis.
Once the consultation is completed and we have identified your goals we will set exercises to help you achieve these goals and advise you on nutrition to further enhance your fitness. Your initial consultation may identify one or more of these goals:

To ensure that you get the most out of your training programme Tailor Made Fitness also customises its delivery to suit your preferences. As a result, you can choose from one of these three environmental conditions.
NB: Please note that if you choose options 2 or 3 Tailor Made Fitness will provide the necessary equipment.
Gym/Personal training Studio - Tailor Made Fitness has links to various gyms and a personal training studio where the training sessions take place.
Outdoors - Tailor Made Fitness can train you outdoors, whether in the park or in your back garden.
Home - Tailor Made Fitness also makes home visits if this is what you prefer, thus avoiding any unnecessary trip to the gym.
Online Pt - Tailor Made Fitness offers online personal training , this is either a 8 or 12 week online programme with weekly check in to see how you are progressing . A program is sent to you after initial consultation with videos showing how to do the exercises correctly.
