RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tailor Made Fitness purchase. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, we will gladly accept them back and offer you an exchange to the same value or full refund, minus postage charges paid. Just complete the returns form on the back of the delivery slip enclosed with your order.
Postage charges to return your item(s) is free of charge. Please use the returns form provided. You are responsible for any and all the customs duties to send your returns back to us. Any and all additional costs will be deducted from your refund total. If the item(s) is deemed to be faulty we will refund your full shipping costs.
Please ensure you return your item(s) unused/unworn, in the condition you received them and together with all original packaging, swingtags and labels attached. We thoroughly check all returned items to ensure they are in perfect condition to resell before we issue a refund or exchange. In the case of an UK customer exchange the new replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. A postage charge will be made for international exchanges.
Your returned item(s) must arrive back with us no later than 14 days from the ‘Order Date’ printed on both the invoice and delivery sheets. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for mail service to ensure your returns reach us and you have a signature as proof of our receipt plus to cover yourself against loss in the post. The returned item(s) are your responsibility until we sign to say that we have received it and we cannot refund or exchange any item(s) until it is delivered back to us. Please do not use priority courier shipping as we will be unable to refund this cost.
Charges/Refunds will be made to the credit card details you used for the original purchase. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds on your account.
Your statutory rights will not be effected.
